After a full morning of homeschooling with my kids, by lunchtime we are all needing a break. I also need to feed seven people and it not take a long time to prepare. Even on non-school days, a quick and easy lunch that your family loves is always appreciated, I’m sure!
Looking for something different one day, I ran across some gluten free pita bread at the store. I had seen it before but never knew what to do with it. My kids (and especially my husband) love pizza. The idea for pita pizzas came to me there in the store.

Ingredients:
- Gluten Free Pita Bread (or regular pita bread if GF isn’t needed)
- Marinara
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Pizza Toppings

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- Place pita bread on a baking sheet.
- Spread marinara, cheese, and toppings on top as you would a pizza.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Cut with a pizza cutter into pieces small enough for your children to grab and enjoy!
If you try them, let me know! My kids gobble them up, and my husband enjoys it when I make them when he’s home as well!
